SoftHER was created for women who want luxury hair without losing the softness, ease, and confidence that make them feel like themselves. Our goal is to provide beautiful, high-quality hair that looks natural, feels luxurious, and supports every version of HER.

Soft HER Hair offers carefully selected raw human hair, thoughtfully chosen for softness, fullness, natural movement, and longevity.

Our raw hair is single-donor and completely unprocessed, preserving its natural strength, texture, and character. Because it is entirely natural, slight variations in color, wave pattern, and texture may occur, making every bundle beautifully unique.

Available origins and textures will be listed clearly on each product page so you can select the option that best fits your desired look and lifestyle.

Because SoftHER hair is 100% natural, single-donor, and unprocessed, no two bundles will be exactly alike. Slight variations in color, curl or wave pattern, texture, and density are completely normal.

Some bundles may appear more wavy, while others may have tighter curls. The ends may also look finer, lighter, or less dense because they are the donor’s natural ends and have not been artificially thickened or processed.

These natural differences are part of what makes authentic raw hair unique and are not considered defects.

Proper care helps preserve the beauty, softness, and longevity of your SoftHER hair. Gently detangle from the ends upward, wash with moisturizing sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner, and always apply a heat protectant before styling.

Avoid excessive heat, harsh chemicals, and unnecessary manipulation. When the hair is not being worn, store it clean, dry, and detangled in a cool, dry place.

Most SoftHER Hair orders are sourced and prepared after purchase. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipment. In-stock items generally process within 3–5 business days, while preorder items generally process within 10–15 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping transit time begins after processing and typically takes an additional 3–5 business days.

We currently ship within the United States using USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Signature confirmation is required for orders of $300 or more.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all SoftHER Hair sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, ordering mistakes, or personal preference.

If your order arrives incorrect, missing an item, visibly damaged, or potentially defective, please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery. Hair must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging to qualify for review.
